היום בבוקר “זכינו” לביקור של שליט ארה”ב (בינתיים) מיסטר ג’ורג’ בוש. הושקעו משאבים, מאמצים, כבישים נחסמו, בלגאנים, ניקו את ירושלים כבר חודש, וכל זה רק בשביל בנאדם אחד, עם פמליה של אלף איש.
לפני שיצאתי הבוקר לעבודה ראיתי את חדשות הבוקר בערוץ 2, סתם כי אני אוהב את היציאות השנונות לעיתים של אברי גלעד. ראיתי את חדשות הבוקר של ערוץ עשר כשהוא היה שם ועברתי ל2 יחד איתו. אני חייב לציין שאני לא פריק של חדשות ומעדיף להתחמק מזה ככל האפשר, רק מדכא לדעת מה קורה בעולם, אבל היי נו, לפעמים אני מתעניין וכאלה.

למזלי הרב אף אחד בעבודה לא קשקש על בוש, וחוץ מהופעה של דאב אלאפאו בערוץ עשר שראיתי בו הם קיבלו את פניו של הבוש בדרכם שלהם (דודו וזאנה כפרה עליך אני מתגעגע וסחה עליכם אתם גדולים) לא היה לי שום תזכור לאותו עייסק.
ואז חזרתי הביתה, לפטיפונים והרגאיי, והטלויזיה כבר דלקה ברקע. וכמובן שאיך שבאתי הביתה היה נאום משותף של הבוש והאיי אולמרט או כמו שאני אוהב לקרוא לו כלום מרט. שני אנשים שיחד יש להם פחות איי קיו מלחתולה שלי. והיא די האבלה. בקיצר - אחרי שניסיתי לעקוב ולהקשיב באמת, שמתי לב שאלו שוב אותן קלישאות, אותו רצף מילים שמהר מאוד הופך לבלה בלה בלה. אז העברתי לביפ, כי אני מעדיף לראות שתי בחורות שמטפטפים עליהן שעווה ושואלים אותן שאלות מפגרות.

בקיצר, שום דבר לא נשתנה, העולם הזה מנוהל על ידי מטומטמים, אבל תנו לי לחיות באסקפיזם, לראות פוקר בטלויזיה, לחמם פיצה במיקרו ולסובב תקליטים.
